After the preparation work is completed, shout "power on" when starting the motor before starting it. (This is to prevent accidents caused by the operator not being able to see when the mechanic is repairing from the opposite side or behind the machine.).

2. Carefully observe the operation of the machine, take a cup to check the bonding effect of the paper cup, preheat, main heat, and check if there is any yellowing or damage to the paper cup at the rolled area.

3. Check the bonding effect of the bonding area for any poor connection. The firmness of the cup bottom and bonding should be such that there is pulling when torn open. If there is indirect non pulling, it is suspected of leaking the cup. The water test shall prevail.

4. During normal operation, if any abnormalities are found or felt in the machine, the cup body should be lifted first, and the machine can only be stopped for inspection after rolling.

5. If the machine is unexpectedly shut down for a long time and restarted, the fourth and fifth plates should be removed to check if the rolled parts are bonded.

6. The cup printing machine operator should always pay attention to the forming condition of the cup mouth, cup body, and cup bottom during normal production, and periodically inspect the adhesion and size appearance of the cups or check them one by one.

7. Employees should concentrate during operation and immediately stop the machine for inspection if there are abnormal sounds or poor cup bottom formation to avoid losses.

8. Operators should be diligent and responsible in the production process, testing their cups with boiling water once every hour, with 8 cups per time.

Before sealing the cardboard box, the operator should randomly inspect the quantity of small packages. After the inspection is correct, the product certificate or product pattern should be cut and pasted on the upper right corner of the left side of the cardboard box, and the work number and production date should be filled in the box. The sealed box should be neatly stacked in the designated position.
