Precautions for Ink Printing on Cupboard Printing Machine

In the current paper cup market, businesses like to use cup printing machines to print their logos and some exquisite patterns on plastic cups, firstly to increase their popularity, and secondly for aesthetic purposes.

What is layout ink? After the new version is cleaned and the layout is moist, the ink roller is dropped. At this time, the cup printing machine is slowly started to gradually ink the graphic and textual parts on the surface of the printing plate, which is called layout ink application. During the entire ink application process of the cup printing machine, the following points should be noted:

1. The moisture level on the surface of the printing plate should be moderate and uniform, without any missing parts;

2. The ink roller should be placed in an empty area of the printing plate cylinder or at the trailing edge of the printing plate;

When the machine is running at a slow speed, it must not be turned or stopped intermittently;

If the layout is found to be dirty during slow rotation, immediately drop the water roller and drive fast. If the dirt still persists, stop the machine and wipe it off;

5. It is strictly prohibited to wipe the printing plate with a water cloth while the cup printing machine is running, in order to avoid accidents.
